Looking at  graphical user interface you can view everyone's status in your company or you can view people by groups. (Ex. Sales Dept, Manufacturing, etc.)

Once you know a person's status you can then click on their button and retrieve their contact information.
Track'Em Online gives you several easy ways to contact a person without having to search for phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and/or other pertinent info.
Once you determine which way to contact a person you can reference their phone, pager or mobile number
by clicking the blue contact info  or
e-mail icons.
 
Lets say you are going golfing tomorrow with Tiger Woods and you want to confirm your tee time with him. You simply go to
and check Tiger's status by double-clicking his name.
The green button tells you he's currently available to receive communication and the
contact info button on the right tells you how to get in touch with him.
When Tigers button is red  you can quickly and easily see when he left and when he plans to return. (Shown Below)
With this information readily available, you know immediately that Tiger is at the PGA Championships and you probably won't be able to reach him until he returns. This saves you valuable time and now you'll know to cancel your tee time or check for Michael Jordan instead. |
